4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c. butter (1 stick) (softened)
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
1) Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
2) Add powdered sugar. Mix well.

There are different recipies for this, some have more cream cheese, less butter. Ultimately they all end up tasting about the same. And, none of them are healthy!
I use this on different breads (pumpkin, zucchini, banana or (the rare) carrot cake.
