3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. wheat germ (opt.)
2 apples (peeled, sliced or chunked)
2 tbsp. butter (melted)
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:

1) In blender or large bowl, mix eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, wheat germ (opt.) and flour.
2) Melt butter in 8 X 8 square or 9 X 7 baking dish/pan.
3) Add apple. Pour mixture over top.
4) Sprinkle top with brown sugar.
5) Bake about 20 minutes, until puffed up and golden brown
