1 Chuck Roast, or Round Steak
salt and pepper
1/4 cup flour
1 can tomato soup
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1 pkg dry onion soup
1 can diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In your crockpot, flour meat and brown on both sides.
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all soups together and pour over meat.
On medium heat, let it cook all day!

This is fall apart meat. The flavor is just amazing. Great rich gravy for your mashed potatoes, or you could put potatoes in with your meat. Left over meat, if there is anything left, and the sauce makes a great beef stew.
