1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 small chopped onion
1 egg
1 box of stuffing mix
1 cup milk
Sauce to top meatloaf plus dipping sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the stuffing with the milk for 5 minutes and mix.
Then add meat, onion, egg, stuffing mix with milk. Mix well.
Put into a loaf pan OR you can shape into a loaf and put in a dutch oven and put potatoes and carrots around it add enough water to cover potatoes.

Mix catsup, brown sugar, mustard, heat in microwave for 1 minute just to be able to liquefy the sugar. Put about 1/4 cup over the meatloaf. Bake at 350º for 1 hr and 15 minutes. (If you put into dutch oven with potatoes and carrots, it will take about another 1 hour)

When I first found this recipe then tweaked it to my liking it was a hit. So simple and so much flavor. I fix this a lot.
