1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
4 oz cream cheese
12-16 large pasta shells
1 c salsa
1 c taco sauce
2 c mexican/taco cheese

Sour cream, black olives, or salsa as desired.

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 º .
2) Brown beef in skillet and add taco seasoning (prepare according to taco package directions)
3) Add cream cheese and simmer until cream cheese is melted--blend well and set aside to cool
4) While meat mixture is cooling--cook pasta shells according to instructions-drain and toss with butter
5) In a 9 x 13 in baking dish--pour salsa on the bottom
6) Stuff each shell with meat mixture. Place shell in baking dish--cover shells with taco sauce.
7) Cover pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes
8) After 30 mins--uncover and sprinkle cheese over shells. Cook for an additionally 15 minutes.

Serve with sour cream, salsa, black onion etc as desired.
