Sausage/Cream Cheese Bites Recipe

1 lb. breakfast sausage (any kind, mild, sage, hot)
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese (room temp)
2 pkgs.crescent rolls or sheets (sheets are better)


Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain.
Mix with cream cheese, thoroughly.
Unroll 1 pkg. crescent rolls and place on baking sheet. (press seams together if not using the sheets)
Spread the sausage mixture evenly over the crescent dough, leaving 1/2 inch border along edges.
Open and put the other crescent roll on top of sausage mixture.
Press all edges together to seal
Bake at 375º for 20 minutes or until crescent rolls are nicely browned.
Cut into small squares, pizza cutter great for this.

This is another one that is hard to quit eating. Huge, Huge hit. Great for a snack during another game. Best if you eat in the same day. But I don't think you will have any trouble getting rid of them in a short amount of time.
