13 OUNCES (1 1/2 CUPS TO 1 2/3 CUPS) CHOPPED ONIONS
9 OUNCES (1 1/4 CUPS) CHOPPED CELERY
10 OUNCES (1 1/3 CUPS) CHOPPED BELL PEPPER
1 1/3 CUPS JALAPEŅO PEPPERS FINELY CHOPPED

ADD WATER AND CHEESE TO A DOUBLE BOILER. BRING TO A BOIL. STIR EVERY 5 MINUTES. WHILE CHEESE IS MELTING, CHOP THE FOLOOWING VEGATABLES, AND PLACE IN A SAUCE PAN: ONIONS, BELL PEPPERS, CELERY, JALAPEŅO PEPPERS
ADD 3 1/4 CUPS WATER TO VEGETABLES IN SAUCE PAN COOK ON MEDIUM ,STIRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL IT COMEA TO A LIGHT BOIL. WHEN CHEESE HAS COMPLETLY MELTED AND HAS NO LUMPS AND VEGETABLES HAVE COME TO A LIGHT BOIL, ADD VEGETABLES TO CHEESE AND MIX THROUGHLY! COOK FOR 5 MINUTES
