1 eggs white
2 c. pecans or walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Place nuts in bowl with egg whites. Mix well to coat nuts. Add sugar and cinnamon. Mix until nuts are coated.
Spread on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 300º.
