1 lb. asparagus
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. loosely packed Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 400ºF. Break or cut off the woody ends of the asparagus spears.
2) Arrange the asparagus spears on a foil-lined (or parchment paper) baking sheet and coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and the Parmesan.
3) Bake until the cheese begins to brown, about 8-10 minutes.
4) Serve immediately while hot.
