1 can Hormel dried beef (chipped beef) - or something similar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
3 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste

English muffins or corn bread

Directions:
Directions:
1) Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir until blended.
2) Whisk in milk and stir over medium heat until thickened (about 2 min.)
3) Add chipped beef and cook thoroughly.
4) Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over toasted English muffins, cornbread or toast.

This is an old school recipe that my Mom used to make. Blake loves it.
