1/2 lb. ground beef (browned)
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. canned corn
1/2 c. carrots (sliced)
1/2 c. celery (sliced thin)
1 small onion (diced)
1 c. sliced potatoes (raw)
1 1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1) Add all ingredients to crock pot.
2) Cover and cook on low for several hours, until vegetables are done.

Can also be cooked on stove top. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hr or until vegetables are done.
Reheats well.
