5 lb red potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
stick margarine or butter
1 cup sour cream
Salt
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil the potatoes. Drain water. Add milk enough to make mashed potatoes consistency. Pile into baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 45 minutes to one hour. Can be frozen or made the day before. May also heat in a crock pot.

This recipe is from my godmother, Ruth. She was a gifted cook along with my Aunt Louise. My mom said when they got together they would often discuss and share recipes. Our Dreyer Family holiday dinners were delicious and memorable!
