Brittany Brugger

10 egg yolks, beaten
2 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c key lime juice (I just use regular lime juice)

1 1/2 packages of graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter, melted

Whipped cream for garnish.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Prepare the pie crust by mixing the crust ingredients together in a small bowl and smooshing it into the bottom of a 13x9 pan or two 8" rounds.
Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice in another bowl. Mix well. Pour over graham cracker crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with whipped topping and garnish with lime slices if desired.
