1 lb chicken breast, diced and cooked
1 box frozen vegetables
1 can cream of chicken/mushroom/celery (etc) soup
1 package of stovetop-type stuffing mix
1/2 c shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together chicken, vegetables and soup in a 2 qt casserole dish. Prepare stuffing according to package directions, put on top of chicken mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until heated through.
