Ingredients:  
20 oz can crushed pineapple
1/4 c sugar
3 tbsp flour
2 eggs
6 slices bread, cubed
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, pineapple (not drained), sugar and flour, pour into 2 qt casserole dish. Melt butter, pour into bowl with cubed bread, toss. Put bread on top of pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
