6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, diced and cooked (or a rotisserie chicken)
1 - 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1 sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/2 tbsp poppyseeds
1/2 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. In a bowl, combine the soup and sour cream. Spoon mixture over the chicken. Spread crushed crackers over the top. Sprinkle poppyseeds over the crackers. Drizzle the melted butter over the top. Bake covered at 350º for 30-45 minutes (remove cover for the last 5 minutes).
