2 c canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
3 c sugar
1 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 1/3 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2/3 c water
1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin together. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add to wet mixture, alternating with water. (Optional, add raisins to taste.) Pour into greased bread pans (2 - 9x5 or 4 - 8x4). Bake at 350º for 75 minutes (9x5) or 45 minutes (8x4).
