2 c. hot water
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. elbow macaroni
1 8 oz. pkg shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large nonstick skillet over high heat, bring water, milk, butter, and macaroni to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring frequently, until macaroni is tender, about 8 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted. If sauce is too thin, cook an additional minute or two. It will thicken upon standing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
