1 lb chicken breast
1 lb broccoli frozen or fresh cut in pieces
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cheese cheddar or Monterey Jack
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup half and half
2-3 tbsp curry (add more as desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Boil chicken with salt and pepper. Remove chicken from water and save water. Let chicken cool then shred into 9x13 pan.
Boil broccoli in same water as chicken. Drain broccoli and layer over chicken.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken and broccoli.
Cover pan with foil and bake for 45-60 minutes until bubbly.

Serve over rice.
