1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/4 cups mashed banana
1/4 cup buttermilk (or yogurt)

Directions:
Directions:
I like to use Strawberry but you can use any kind of Yogurt -
or Buttermilk (or 1 cup milk plus 1 Tablespoon vinegar).

Heat oven to 350 degrees F and Oil a 9x5 Loaf baking pan.

In mixing bowls:
Mix butter and sugar until light and creamy.
Beat in the egg.
Stir dry ingredients with a fork or whisk.
Combine ripe mashed bananas and buttermilk
and stir just enough to mix.
Mix everything together, stir to combine well.

Bake 50 minutes. Cool pan 10 minutes and Remove loaf from pan.
