Red Leaf Lettuce
Cucumber
Zucchini
Italian Tomatoes
Sweet Onion
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Line chilled salad bowl with red leaf lettuce.
Place slices of cucumber and zucchini on the lettuce.
Next put in red italian tomatoes, quartered.
Add about half a sweet onion, sliced into rings.

Drizzle about 1/2 cup olive oil
and just a little balsamic vinegar over the top.
