2-3 Chicken breasts, cubed
1 Vadallia Onion, chopped
4 Celery Sticks, cut into 1" pieces
1- 1 lb. pkg. Baby Carrots
Sweet potatoes, cut into lg chunks OR White potatoes, cut in lg chunks OR Baby Potatoes
1-1/2 c Vegetable Broth or Chicken Broth
Garlic Salt, Salt and Pepper - to taste

1 can Petite Diced Tomatoes, optional
Add cooked broccoli when serving, optional

IN ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER:
Brown chicken in olive oil, remove from cooker. Add onion to cooker and cook until soft. Place chicken back into cooker. Add seasoning and remaining vegetables. Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes. Let release normally.

Can cook in slow cooker if preferred.
