1/2 c coconut flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
5 eggs
2 egg whites
1 large mashed bananas
1/2 c almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
1.5 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp honey
1 Apple, roughly chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients together except the Apple. Beat on high for 3 min of until fluffy. Fold in apples. Spoon into muffin tins. Bake for 20 min. Might be gooey but that is what you want due to the apple. Cool muffins. Will create 12 muffins.
