1/2 c coconut flour, sifted
2 tbsp poppyseed
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
4 eggs
1/2 c honey with 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp lemon zest
1/4 c coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a small loaf pan with coconut oil. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir till incorporated. Pour into grease pan. Bake 45-50 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Carefully remove load from pan. Let cool on wire rack at least 10 min before slicing and serving.
