Creme de Cacao Liqueur

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon 1 or 2 scoops of vanilla icecream into a chilled round glass like a nice big goblet. Use a shot glass to measure liqueurs. Pour one shot of Galliano over the icecream. And pour one shot of Creme de Cacao over the icecream.

Mash the icecream with a fork to mix with liqueurs until smooth. Take a refreshing sip and then add half a shot of Galliano and mix a little more. Now sip it to see if it is just right.

Galliano, is a sweet herbal liqueur, created in 1896 by Arturo Vaccari of Livorno, Tuscany and named after Giuseppe Galliano, an Italian hero of the First Italo-Ethiopian War.

Crème de Cacao is a cacao (chocolate bean) flavored liqueur, often scented with vanilla.
