1 head nappa celery cabbage chopped OR 1or 2 bags coleslaw shredded cabbage
5 green onions, diced
1/2 c. celery (or not)
2 Tbsp. oil or 1/2 c. butter
1 or 2 packages oriental flavor ramen noodles, broken up
1/2 c. sunflower seeds (or not)
1 small package or 2 oz. slivered almonds
1 c. or 2/3 c. salad oil
1/3 c. or 1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. or 2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. or 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cabbage, onions and celery (if using). Set aside.
Saute noodle pieces, sunflower seeds (if using), almonds in butter or oil until light brown. Add seasoning mix (or add to oil/vinegar/sugar/soy sauce mix later). Cool. Mix with cabbage.
Mix rest of oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce together. Pour over cabbage/noodle mixture 20 minutes before serving.
