2 quarts of fresh strawberries
1/3 C Catalina dressing
2 Green onion chopped fine
2 T dried parsley
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
pepper to taste

Mix together a couple of hours before serving- chill.
I will usually double this batch. Serve with chips-
