Ingredients:
Marinade for Salmon

4 oz maple syrup
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic crushed
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Let salmon marinade for 1 1/2 hours. Cook salmon on grill using cooling racks or meat trays (not sure which it is called) that you can buy at the Dollar Tree. Spray with non-stick spray. If you have a smoker, you can smoke it for up to 3 hours, depending on how thick it is. If you don't have a smoker, you can buy cedar planks and put it on the grill as low as the heat will go. Brush on marinade a couple of times during cooking. This is great as an appetizer when you are asked to bring a dish.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I serve it chilled with chive cream cheese, whipped (light- of course), a dish of capers, and some lemon wedges. We like it with water crackers. You can usually buy the salmon and the water crackers at Costco.
