Salad mix:
1 bag of Kale, stems removed
1 C Toasted almonds
1/2 C. Dried Cranberries
1/ 2 C. Dried Mangos

Dressing:

1 Orange
2 Cloves Garlic
1 T. white balsamic vinegar
1 T. Honey
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
1/4 Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Salad with Almonds, dried cranberries and dried mangos.

Mix together remaining ingredients along with the zest and the juice of the orange.

Place all ingredients into tightly sealed container and shake to coat evenly. Can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two days!
