1 head lettuce chopped
1 Red Pepper
1 yellow Pepper
2-3 green onions
2-4 oz slivered almonds
2 T butter
1/3 C white sugar
1/4 C oil
3 T Rice Vinegar
1 small can rice noodles
4 oz sunflower seeds (optional)
sugared almonds
2 T butter
1/3 C white sugar
DRESSING:
1/4 C oil
3 T Rice Vinegar
2T Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter with sugar and almonds stir until almonds coated and turn slightly brown. Let cool. pour over chopped veggies.
Mix chopped letturec, chopped pepper and onions mix together. Add sugared almonds,optional sun flower seed and rice noodles
Pour dressing over and serve immediatly.
