3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup canola/vegetable oil
1/2 milk
2 cups coarsely chopped zucchini
1/2 cup nuts
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, sugar, oil, milk, zucchini, nuts, cinnamon and vanilla. In separate bowl combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Combine with wet ingredients and pour into greased loaf pans. It will make two large loaves or 3 small. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
