1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Light Corn Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
1 - 1 1/2 cups Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts
1 Tbls Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, syrup and salt in 2 quart casserole.
Microwave 5 minutes on high.
Stir in peanuts.
Microwave 3-5 minutes stirring every 1 minute until lightly browned.
Stir in butter, vanilla and Baking Soda until light and foamy.
Spread 1/4" thick on buttered cookie sheet.
Let cool, crack and eat.
