1 can MILLERíS SELECT or SEA FARE CRAB MEAT (drained)
2-3 ripe tomatoes, medium large
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
2 tsp. capers, drained
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco sauce
(lemon wedges for garnish)
Lettuce leaves or spring greens

Directions:
Drain crab meat and set aside. Wash tomatoes and lettuce, set aside. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Gently fold in crab meat. Slice tomatoes and place on top of lettuce. Top tomatoes with crab salad. Garnish with lemon.
Number of Servings: 2 as main course or 4 as side salad
