1 can MILLER’S SELECT or SEA FARE CRAB MEAT (drained)
1 prepared pie shell
1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Pinch of white pepper
2 Tbsp. dry white wine or vermouth
3 eggs
1 c. half and half
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F. Bake pie shell for 5 minutes. Sauté green onions lightly in butter. Add crab meat, salt and pepper. Stir gently and cook to heat through (about 2 minutes). Add wine or vermouth and raise heat to boil. Remove from heat and cool slightly. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add half and half and gradually blend in crab mixture. Spread grated cheese in the bottom of the pie shell and cover with the crab mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
