1 can MILLER’S SELECT or SEA FARE JUMBO LUMP CRAB MEAT (drained)
1 Tbsp. each olive oil and unsalted butter
8 oz. fresh Porcini or other mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. each red and green bell pepper
1/4 c. onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. parsley (minced)
1/2 tsp. each dried basil and oregano (1 ½ tsp. fresh)
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/3 c. cream (1/3 c. chicken broth may be substituted)
12 oz. fettuccini or other pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms, peppers, onions and garlic in melted butter and olive oil until soft. Add herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in cream or chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Gently add crab meat and warm slightly. Serve over cooked pasta with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
