2 cups flour
1 cup Sugar1
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Corn Oil
2 Eggs
3 very ripe Banannas mashed
1/2 Walnuts, chopped


Directions:
Directions:
1, Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a bread pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl sift together dry ingredients; flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
3. Add oil and eggs, one at a time. Beat after each addition.
4. Add mashed banannas and vanilla, beat well.
5. Fold in nuts.
6. Pour into pan (recipe makes 1 regular loaf (9x5)
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
