2 lb Beef stew meat
2 clove Garlic
10 oz Mushrooms, fresh
1 Onion, medium
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
Canned Goods
1 cup Beef broth
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Pasta & Grains
1 pkg. Egg noodles
Baking & Spices
3 tbsp Flour
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Salt
1 cup Sour cream

1.Put meat, mushrooms, onions and garlic in slow cooker.
2.Add broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3.Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).
4.Combine sour cream, flour and mustard.
5.Stir into ingredients in slow cooker until well blended.
6.Stir in uncooked noodles and cook 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until noodles are to desired tenderness.
7.Sprinkle with parsley when serving.
