1 tube of breakfast sausage (any flavor)
1 diced onion
1 pkg. pepperoni
small jar of pizza sauce or BBQ sauce or mix
1 small pkg. shredded pizza cheese

Directions:
Brown sausage with onion, drain.
While you are cooking the sausage, put your dough sheet on a cookie sheet, stretch out to fill the pan. Go ahead and put into heated oven 400º for 5 minutes. Take out of oven, then layer sauce, sausage/onion, pepperoni, then cheese. Bake at 400º until cheese has melted and the sides of the dough are very brown but not burnt.

You can add different toppings, I was just out when I made this one with the picture. Add mushrooms, peppers, whatever you like.

Personal Notes:
I am trying to get that special flavor I long for with a pizza. I actually made my own pizza sauce. If you can tomato juice you can make the sauce, slowly cook down until thick and add Italian seasonings to your personal taste.
