2 eight ounce packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese©
3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound bag vanilla wafers
2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Beat together all ingredients (except the wafers and pie filling) until fluffy
Place a vanilla wafer in a paper muffin cup
Fill cup 3/4 with cheese mixture
Bake for 20 minutes or until just set.
Spoon pie filling on top and refrigerate
