18 small potatoes, boiled with skin removed, sliced
3 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch squares and fried
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the bacon pieces. Remove from pan.
Into the pan with the bacon grease add the flour, butter, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
Boil until thickened. Cool and pour over potato slices. Add bacon pieces.
May add celery seed.
