2/3 c. soft butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts


Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla together until smooth. Sift dry ingredients together and stir into batter. Hand stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased baking sheet, about 2" apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan.

Make small - they double in size.
