3-4 Potatoes, dices
1/3 cup Celery, diced
1 Onion, chopped
3/4 cup Ham, diced
3 cups Water
2 Tbsp. Chicken Bouillon
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp. Pepper
4 Tbsp. Butter
4 Tbsp. Flour
2 cups Milk
Dill for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In stockpot combine potatoes, celery, onion, ham and water. Bring to boil, then lower to medium heat until potatoes are tender, 15-20 minutes. Stir in bouillon, salt and pepper.

In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat and whisk in flour with a fork and cook stirring constantly. Slowly add milk until thickened, 4-5 minutes. Add slowly to stockpot, heat through and serve immediately.
