1/4 cup Onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Butter
12 oz. chopped Clams
8 oz. Clam Juice
10 oz. Chicken Broth
2-3 Potatoes, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Parsley
1/3 cup Cornstarch
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
In stockpot, over medium heat, saute onion in butter 3-5 minutes. Add clams, juice, broth, potatoes, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Dissolve cornstarch in milk and gradually add to soup stirring until thickened, 5-8 minutes.
