Meat sauce:
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, browned and drained
1(32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. water
Cheese sauce:
2 c. cottage cheese
2 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
salt
pepper
2-3 cans chicken and/or beef broth
lasagna noodles, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix the meat sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes. In a separate bowl mix cheese sauce ingredients. In a 9 x 13 pan layer the ingredients as follows: 1 c. meat sauce, 3 noodles, layer of cheese mixture, repeat ending with meat sauce on top. Top with 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil, turn off oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
