1κ Ζυμη για πιτσα (φρεσκια)
χωριατικα λουκανικα
φιλαδελφια κρεμα τυρι
τσενταρ

Σωταρουμε μισα λουκανικα σε κυβους χωρισ λαδι. Στραγγιζουμε σε χαρτι. Ανακατεθουμε με τσενταρ και φιλαδελφια, ριγανη και πιπερι. Σωταρουμε αλλα μισα λουκανικα κομμενα σε ροδελεσ και στραγγιζουμε. Ανοιγουμε φρεσκια ζυμη πιτσασ και κοβουμε σε τετραγωνα. Γεμιζουμε με την γεμιση και κλεινουμε σε πουγγακια. Τοποθετουμε τα πουγγακια ολα μαζι, ζουλιχτα, μεσα σε ενα βαθυ ταψακι. Περιχυνουμε με λιγο βουτυρο ή λαδι και ψηνουμε για 20 λεπτα στους 180.
