2 cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed, lumps are ok
1 c brown sugar
1 stick melted butter, not margarine
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c milk
bag of mini marshmallows divided

Topping
1 c brown sugar
1 c chopped pecan
1/3 c flour
1/3 c hard butter
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
To the mashed potatoes, add brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix all ingredients

Add 2/3 of the bag of miniature marshmallows and mix

Pour into greased 9x13 baking pan

Mix topping. Mix brown sugar, pecans, flour, cinnamon. Cut butter into smaller pieces and use fork to mix until crumbly
Spread on top of pan
Add rest of marshmallows

Bake 350 20-25 minutes
