Banana Pudding Recipe

3/4 c sugar
1/4 c cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
3 c whole milk
3 egg yokes, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
2 tablespoon vanilla
2-3 ripe bananas sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt
Stir in milk until smooth
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens
Continue boiling 2 minutes, remove form heat

Stir about 1/4 c hot mixture into beaten egg yolks
now gradually stir yolk mixture into rest of hot mixture

Again cook over medium heat, stirring constantly just until mixture begins to bubble and is thickened

Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla

Cool until mixture is luke warm and stir in sliced bananas
