16 oz box of Angel Hair Pasta
1-2 jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 -2 lb of cooked and drained ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c parmesan or romano cheese
large container of cottage cheese
shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Boil one box of angel hair pasta until soft
Drain and return to pan
Add 2 tbsp. butter, mix
Add 3 eggs, mix
Add 1 c parmesan, mix

Spread into greased 9x13 pan
Top with large container of cottage cheese
Combine meat with sauce and pour over pan (use all the sauce or save some to put on after it bakes)

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes
Add 16 oz shredded mozzarella
Bake for 15 more min (if you like your cheese browned add cheese sooner) total baking time is 1 hour

Let sit for 5-10 minutes and serve
