3 packages cream cheese softened
1 1/4 c sugar
1 (8 ounce) sour cream
2 T vanilla extract
1/2 c Hershey's cocoa
2 T flour
3 eggs
Graham cracker crust

DRIZZLE

1/2 c semi sweet chocolate chips
2 T shortening
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add sour cream and vanilla and beat well. Beat in cocoa and flour. Add eggs one at a time and beat until well blended. Pour into crust and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 250º and continue baking for 40 minutes. Remove side of cake with knife while cooling. Drizzle with:

1/2 c semi sweet chocolate chips
2 T shortening (not butter, margarine or oil)
Melt on high 30 seconds in microwave.
