1 pork tenderloin
2 Tbs. finely ground black pepper
1 Tbs. oregano
1 Tbs. paprika
2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, optional (we don't use this when kiddos are coming!)

Directions:

Smoke 4 hours on green egg or other smoker; continue by draping bacon over the loin and wrap in foil.
Continue cooking 3-4 more hours in the oven at 325° degrees.

We have just started using the bacon the last few times and it is so good and moist. One of our favs!

I use the dry rub on ribs as well.
